Email Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who understands email as a system, not just Text or campaigns. This role is responsible for building, managing, and optimizing automated email flows that move leads through clearly defined stages while maintaining list health and segmentation integrity. You will work closely with strategy, CRM, and paid media to ensure every email has a purpose, timing, and measurable outcome.

Responsibilities

Build and manage automated email sequences (nurture, onboarding, follow-ups, reminders)
Implement and maintain segmentation logic based on behavior, source, and intent
Manage email lists, tags, suppression rules, and hygiene
Optimize email performance (open rate, CTR, conversions)
Align email flows with CRM stages and sales processes
Ensure emails support broader funnel strategy
Monitor deliverability and maintain sender reputation
Document flows and logic clearly for internal systems

Requirements

Strong understanding of email automation and lifecycle marketing
Hands-on experience with segmentation, tagging, and conditional logic
Clear understanding of nurture sequences and behavioral triggers
Experience working with CRM-integrated email systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured systems
Ability to read and understand performance data

Minimum Experience

Minimum 1 year working exclusively as an Email Marketing Specialist
