We're looking for a Creative Lead to take full ownership of our media team — our graphic designers, videographers, and editors — and turn it into a high-output, high-quality creative and distribution engine. This is a role for a technical creative who thinks like a marketer. You understand craft deeply — composition, motion, color, edit pacing, design systems etc— but you never lose sight of the goal of each design. You can tell the difference between work that's beautiful and work that converts, and you build a team that produces the second kind at volume. You will own the media team end to end. That means raising the quality bar, making the team faster and more efficient, directing the creative within a given scope, and managing and developing the people.
This role is ideal for a video editor with strong creative judgment, sharp storytelling instincts, and the ability to work fast without compromising quality. We are looking for someone who can handle a wide range of video formats, adapt quickly, and turn raw material into polished, engaging content that is clear, structured, and professionally executed.
